Thankful Week Starters
Its Sunday again. Wow, what a week last week. Okay, time to gear up for next one. These weeks sure keep coming almost on top of each other.
1. Which is my first thankful. Its a three day weekend and my hubby is home with me and can go to my dr.'s appointment with me. Hey, that is three thankful things. :)
2. I am very thankful for prayer. Not only can I feel the prayer of others working in my life and the life of my family, I can see it working in others as well and I am encouraged to continue on praying, praying, praying.
3. I am thankful for all my friends. A lot of people called, e-mailed, texted and on-line chatted with me so I wouldn't go crazy Fri. having to be in bed all day alone (except Leo the cat, he is good company).
4 I am thankful for my baby shower on Sat. I had loads and loads of fun. I am thankful because I just love being with my friends, laughing and talking for hours. There were many moments of funnyness (ok, not a word, but I still mean it). I am also thankful because I got so many things that I know Sarah will need, some that I didn't even think about.
5. With the weather getting down to 3 degrees, I am thankful for my warm cozy house and working heater.
6. I am thankful for my mom who will be coming out to take care of me this week. This also makes me thankful for my dad because I know that means more work for him without her there.
7. I am thankful I am doing much better so that Sarah can continue growing before her grand entrance.
8. Lastly, I am thanfkul for Dan's new job as a consultant with a contracting company for the military. I am so happy he will be getting back to what he did for eight years, what he trained for. We will be with a great company, making great money and honestly thats about as miraculous as Lazarus rising considering this economy.
I would love to know what you are thankful for this week even if its just simply living through it. Sometimes that is good enough.

We are at Laura's watching football. Well, they're watching football. I'm sitting here on my computer. I should be doing school work, but I'm too tired.
Miss you! Love you! Wish you were here!
