Thankful Thursday

I haven't done a Thankful Thursday in a while. I've missed it so here it is.

*What is a thankful Thursday if I don't start off by saying my beautiful lil family.

*Sarah is sleeping through the night more often than not. My mental health is returned. ;)

*Reading what I do in the news lately I am thankful we are all able to have opinions, voice these opinions but not impose them on other people in the United States. I recently found that The Department of Homeland Security has deemed Right Wing Extremists as dangerous and include those who are pro-life and against immigration. Well, I'm not against immigration but boy howdie I am against abortion so I guess I'm a right wing extremist and that is a scary label to be stuck with for believing every life is precious. So I'm happy that, for now, I am aloud to freely believe every life is precious and not just the ones "on the outside".

*I'm thankful for my spring. I am loving all the color of cherry blossoms, dogwood, of course hyacinth, tulips, daffodils, delphinium and foxglove. I can't wait until the stupid zoisia (sp?) grass greens up. Who thinks grass that hibernates for six months is a good thing. I'm not thankful for that.

*I'm super thankful my house is clean so I don't feel overwhelmed by that.

*I'm thankful for new blog thats coming. ;)

*I'm thankful for clean water for Sarah's bottles, for my showers, and I am thankful that for the most part clean water is freely available in our country.

*I'm thankful for Leo because he keeps me company when those 2:30am feedings pop up and I could use the company.

*Today is a sunny day after several rainy days so I am thankful for that rain and I am thankful for the sun so I can go on a walk.

Please comment and let me know what you are thankful for today even if its something as simple as your car starts or your dishwasher still works. I would love to here from ya'll.

Thankful for jobs and cars to get us to work. Thankful for family, friends, our church. Thankful for the amazing blue sky today. Thankful for the green, green grass...even though it's growing like crazy. Thankful that I can watch my niece and nephew play outside right next door to me. :)
I'm thankful that Joe has a job. I'm thankful for air conditioning and refrigeration. I had a cold soda this morning and it tasted sooooooo good. Plus the temps are going to be up around 100 by Monday, so I will be thankful for air conditioning then. :)

I'm thankful for my healthy, happy daughters.
