Woot Woot!
Sarah insisted on getting her last bottle thirty minutes early and then went to sleep. She was asleep before 8:30. We went to bed at 9pm. Sarah didn't wake up at all in the night. I got up when Dan did at 5am and gave Sarah a bottle. She went back to sleep until 9am. So did I. :) Ah blissfull. Dan was able to get a full 8 hours, something I don't think has happened in a long while. He needed it since he is not feeling well. I hoping to get him to bed early again today. I way overslept, but who can say that with a baby in their house? I feel human again. Oh, and I did take some blankets to make myself a makeshift bed in Sarah's room just in case.
As I posted before, Sarah sees my as bigger than Miley Cyrus (or Hannah Montana or whatever). Well, maybe I need to contact Miley and ask her what she does when her fans get a little to obsessed? Bodygaurds you say? Restraining orders? Tinted windows on my car? Oh, well, I guess I'm just going to have to be overadmired. It won't be long and I'll be chopped liver so I better bask in it. I'm sitting by Sarah's swing and she would only stop fussing and fall asleep if she was holding on to my finger. Aaah cute...yeah cute. :)
I watched The Today Show this morning and saw someting very interesting. When moms insult their own bodies, it reflects on their daughters. Imagine you say you need to to lose weight, your butt is to big, your chin is to small, your hair not good enough, whatever. Well, when someone tells your daughter they look like you, that can turn out to not be a compliment. It is important for us as mothers to be positive about our bodies so that our daughters will be more positive about themselves just the way they are.
