How many crowns in Heaven will I get for cleaning the toilet?

The answer is that it depends on my attitude as it is with all of life...um bummer. I was hoping for extra. The attitude thing though, God cares much more about our heart when we do what we do than what we do. I can feed a homeless man and if my attitude is an open heart and broken spirit then our Heavenly Father sees that. If I do it 'cause I'm trying to feel good about myself or for community service 'cause I broke the law, well anyway, God sees that too.

I made spaghetti for dinner. I have been loving adding red wine vinegar to my meet while cooking. Well, I decided on a whim to add a little cinnamon and you know what? It was super good. I didn't tell Dan and gave him a taste and he loved it. Awesome. I am growing more in love with experimenting in the kitchen. You know, its an outlet at the end of the day. While Dan puts Sarah down for a nap, I can go cook something up. I have a lemon pepper salmon I put poppy seed dressing and crushed cashews on and I have an Progresso Italian Season tenderloins I put swiss cheese slices on. Thats just a few. It is so much fun. My friend Erin makes some mean hamburgers that for sure beats out all competition that I would love to learn to make. Learning to cook with her or my dad, I would have to intern with them because a lot of what they do doesn't have recipes. Super fun.

Sarah liked her pears but she loves loves loves her some sweet peas! I gave Sarah her first taste of peas today for lunch and she gobbled it right down. I held the spoon in her hand and it went right in her mouth with vigor and gusto. I have realized my best bet at getting her to eat is put the spoon in her left hand and she will guide it to her mouth. Her hand eye mouth coordination is better than her eye, mouth, mommy's hand coordination. She is more willing to open her mouth for the food if her hand is holding the spoon...and less likely to suck on her thumb while I try to feed her too. Wierd quorkie little thing that Sarah Grace, oh how I love her to bits. She is so much fun.

I am happy to say she will be an only child for a little bit longer. No baby on the way here. Of course we would have been excited either way. After three years of trying it would have been nice to know there would be no more trying process in the future. But as it is, no baby on the way and that is just fine with me.

Good news, my hair seems to have slowed down on the falling out thing. Bad news quite a bit of Sarah's hair seemed to make a leap for it today. I sure hope she doesn't lose that pretty strawberry blond 'cause it super super cute.
