Coastal Living and Teething...they don't have anything to do with each other.
I won my first give away recently. I'm super excited. Sarah at A Beach Cottage was doing a give away of Magazine subscriptions to Coastal Living. I love Coastal Living magazine because while many other home magazines leaving me feeling like my house isn't good enough, Coastal Living always inspires me and I come away saying, "I can so totally do that!". I mean, seriously, add some white paint to just about anything and Ta Da a coastal home or cottage. Anyway, Coastal Living Magazine always inspires me to something that is attainable rather than inspiring me then breaking my DIY heart.
No Coastal Living isn't paying me to write that, however if they wanted... :)
Umh, anywho, on to other things. Poor Miss Wiggles is teething something fierce and what ever teeth she is trying to break free are no where in site. I am at a loss as to how to help her out. My poor baby girl looks so miserable. We do Orajel, Motrin, lots of lovies and that is about it. She doesn't like cold things so cold or frozen anything is out. I've tried a wet wash cloth. Other than bath time, its a no go there as well. I don't know if it is all related but her skin is so dried out its red and chapped in some areas and a bit rashy on her torso. I've been using some breast feeding nipple gel on her face and heals and Aveeno lotion all over to hopefully eleviate the dryness. She has teething poop and pee. I moved her up to size 4 overnight diapers and she still was wet this morning. We have had to rinse her in the tub now every morning this week. I'm trying to just do a light rinse off with her skin thing being as it is. Oh my, it isn't easy being a baby. Any helpful tips are much appreciated.
I will leave you with the cuteness that is Miss Wiggles. This girl knows her moves!

Sorry your sweetie is having a tough time. I remember those days, and they were challenging. Teething is no fun for baby or mama either!
Maybe that will help?
