Random late night rambling (I hope this still sounds good in the morning)
My pal Chloe posted a some pics of her wedding day and herself now in her wedding dress. Seriously, how many of us can say we are smaller now than we were on our wedding day? Last time I tried my wedding dress barely zipped over my butt let alone my middle. In fact I don't think I was able to zip it up all the way. I am so insanely, crazy proud of my pal. Check her out and be as jealous as I am.
Now that we are pretty much settled and Miss Wiggles first Birthday are behind us, I am officially back on diligently at work in the IM139 Studio. I've got quite a few pieces that might tickle your fancy. For now, I finally got a decent store front banner on my Etsy account. Check it out. It only took three hours to do. The last thirty minutes was when I finally went to the Etsy how to page and figured it out. What can I say, I'm a slow learner. Thanks Hubby for coming along on that ride. I think I need more red wine.
Speaking of red wine, we had some for dinner. I made beef stew (which calls for a cup of red wine). I tried to drink a glass with dinner but still believe its akin to drinking Windex and so I stuck with a glass of milk. I'm a fru fru drink kind of gal like Mikes Hard Strawberry Lemonade. Thats as far as my knowledge goes. You should have seen me in Wal-Mart standing in front of the wine with my list. I was looking all over for the bottle that said "dry red wine". I finally asked a fellow patron near by what was a good dry red wine. She handed my a bottle of merlot and said she used it for beef stew which was exactly what I needed it for. Hubby thought we should get that red wine in a box and drink a glass every night for heart health. I don't think that will happen. I was all for the idea before I was reminded what it tastes like. Maybe there is a fruitier alternative. I wouldn't know. I didn't even know merlot was red. There is a white zinfendal (sp?) that is pink. I don't get that.
