I have a migraine. It started two hours before bedtime which means excedrine two hours before bedtime. It didn't take away my migraine but I do find myself wide wide wide awake at two hours after my normal bedtime. Awesome and not in a good way.

So I'm going to give you a random post because well, you read the last paragraph right?

I joke about living at Wal-Mart. I got at least twice a week around lunch time. I'm seriously glad I went yesterday and not today because had I gone today I would have been there during the hostage situation. I guy went wielding his knife all over the store before he took his ex-girlfriend hostage at the Vision Center. I have no commentary on it but to say thank you Jesus I wasn't there and thank you Jesus again that the girl is going to be ok.


On a lighter note, the weather was awesome today we were outside for quite a while this morning. I'll tell you more about that later. For now, I need to get off the computer as my stomach is starting to not feel so hot.

I did it, I really did it. I've never done something to at this scale of work. It took me many hours but I did it. I am so proud of this DIY project. My first DIY Day! DIY Day a bracelet and another Frenchh Memo Board

This week, I have two DIY projects. This is a faux pearl bracelet I made last week for a friend. It is a three strand bracelet. I couldn't really say how I did it though. I can say it has taken me a while to get the nack of jewelery making. One thing I have sufficiently gotten the nack of is this French Memo Baord thing. Here is a magnetic one I made for my fridgerator out of left over scraps from the window from last week . For the month of September, all my DIYs will be giveways. Atleast one will be...well, a guest DIY and a giveway by my SIL over at Read Be Tween the Lines. My sister, Candy and Ladybugs has a picture in her side bar of her latest crosstiching (did I spell that right? My spell check didn't catch it but I don't think thats how it is spelled) project. A New Side Table Arrangement and Jewelery Give Away

I did not think through planning blog posts on certain days when I had a Beach Trip planned. Shortly before we arrived at our rented beach house for the Labor Day Weekend, the owners cut off the Internet service. Bummer. Yes, I could have gone to the Dunkin' Doughnuts and gotten free Wi - Fi but that would have meant being pulled away from this cutie. Miss Wiggles does not like the bright sun (she is a fair skinned red head so I suppose its only natural) so she loved loved loved her sunglasses. Never once did she try to pull them off or attempted to touch them. I think 'cause she sees me where mine, she just knew. In the DIY blogging world, there have been so many neat table arrangements, and arranging every where else from bed sides, dressers , mantles, windows, etc. that I felt I should try my novice hand at artfully arranging my side table to the cozy leather chair in my library (aka, home office).
