I'm gonna be a snapping fool!

Oh, goodness. I've been wondering what happen to my camera over the last couple weeks only to find out that Hubby has been keeping it in his work back pack (he isn't into brief cases) for safe keeping. I'm gonna be a snapping fool tomorrow. I've got lots and lots to show you. I wish I could have gotten a before and after of the tile in the bathroom. I took tile and grout cleaner and a tooth brush to it and the black grout is now mostly grey...ish. Next step is seal the grout. Then I think I might feel ok being barefoot in the bathroom. Probably not, but maybe. :) Here is a run down.

Painting: No room fully done but three rooms have been started; library, dining room and kitchen. I am painting that yucky eggshell white trim bright white. What a difference!

Unpacking: Miss Wiggles, Family Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom unpacked Painting needs to preceded further unpacking.

Cleaning: Oh gosh, what haven't I scrubbed? Well Everything has been scrubbed accept the hard wood floors. I'm intimately associated with every inch of the kitchen and bathrooms. New counter tops have been ordered by the owners and it seems to be taking forever. Once new counter tops arrive, Hubby will work on fixing the cabinet doors.

The before and after potential here is huge! We have the go ahead to paint, so I couldn't be happier about that. I am also excited to have my own office for my new jewelry business. With a new kiln and rock tumbler, I am super excited.

That is the second time you've lost your camera! LOL! I'm glad you "found" it. :) I want to see more pics of that baby girl! She's growing and changing every day!

i should have given you my rock tumbler. my parents got me one as a kid. it is super loud, takes like a month to get the finished product, and i only used it once... haha. thanks for watching B today. n

DIY Day a bracelet and another Frenchh Memo Board

This week, I have two DIY projects. This is a faux pearl bracelet I made last week for a friend. It is a three strand bracelet. I couldn't really say how I did it though. I can say it has taken me a while to get the nack of jewelery making. One thing I have sufficiently gotten the nack of is this French Memo Baord thing. Here is a magnetic one I made for my fridgerator out of left over scraps from the window from last week . For the month of September, all my DIYs will be giveways. Atleast one will be...well, a guest DIY and a giveway by my SIL over at Read Be Tween the Lines. My sister, Candy and Ladybugs has a picture in her side bar of her latest crosstiching (did I spell that right? My spell check didn't catch it but I don't think thats how it is spelled) project. A New Side Table Arrangement and Jewelery Give Away

I did not think through planning blog posts on certain days when I had a Beach Trip planned. Shortly before we arrived at our rented beach house for the Labor Day Weekend, the owners cut off the Internet service. Bummer. Yes, I could have gone to the Dunkin' Doughnuts and gotten free Wi - Fi but that would have meant being pulled away from this cutie. Miss Wiggles does not like the bright sun (she is a fair skinned red head so I suppose its only natural) so she loved loved loved her sunglasses. Never once did she try to pull them off or attempted to touch them. I think 'cause she sees me where mine, she just knew. In the DIY blogging world, there have been so many neat table arrangements, and arranging every where else from bed sides, dressers , mantles, windows, etc. that I felt I should try my novice hand at artfully arranging my side table to the cozy leather chair in my library (aka, home office).
