Finally! A Delayed Grand Opening!

OH! I have so much to share, it might take me all week to share it.

First of all, I started an Etsy shop, IM139, last October but then the Holidays hit and we moved and my little shop was sadly neglected. There is still much to do but if you don't mind stepping over the construction (i.e. pre-fab etsy button there to the left instead of a cute custom made button) then I know you will find some treasures. You can also click here.

I'M HAVING A MOTHER'S DAY SALE! I am taking a deep breath. Ok, Monday through this coming Sunday, when you purchase a necklace, bracelet or charm you get 50% off a pair of earrings. When you purchase two items or more, shipping is free.

If you head over to Rachelle's blog there is a giveaway of a pair of earrings, you pick!

In other areas, I recently listened to a Radio show, Midday Connection from Moody Radio on friendship. It took me a while to digest it, I took notes and listened to the first part twice. Ladies, trust me! Melissa recommended it to me a while back when I wrote this post. Who couldn't use a fresh perspective on friendship making? I went from feeling quite alone as a SAHM to having a sparse few to now having quite the multitude of SAHM, WAHM and working moms to fellowship with. So regardless of where you are in your own friendships, this radio show I promise will have some great words of wisdom to both encourage you and help you as you continue to develop friendships whether they are brand new, old hats or still a twinkle in your eye.

Lastly! I want you all to know that Hubby had a Birthday on Sunday (which is when I am writing this late Sunday night for Monday). Captain Wiggles went to play with friends while we "growde ups" went to Barnes & Noble just to have some chill time and chit chat. Hubby, totally sat with me for HIS Birthday and we ate our sugary snack and drank our "to much calorie" Starbucks coffees and perused a Cottage Style magazine together. I very much love this man. I admit there was an article that we sped through like our lives depended on it that was as we called it "pages pink puked on" that we rather immaturely hurried through lest some spilled on us. Yeah, like I said, "growde ups". I write all that as I sit here in my pink stripped "Cindy Lou Who" esque comfy pants and pink Defense Intelligence Agency t-shirt. Obviously, OBVIOUSLY, I do not work for the Defense Intelligence Agency....I own it! Yeah!
